01.Information of beneficiaries to be made avaible?
- Name of the beneficiary
- the first name and the surname where the beneficiary is a natural person;
- the full legal name as registered where the beneficiary is a legal person with the autonomous legal personality pursuant to the legislation of the Member State concerned;
- the full name of the association as registered or otherwise officially recognised where the beneficiary is an association without an own legal personality;b)
- the municipality where the beneficiary is resident or is registered and, where available, the postal code or the part thereof identifying the municipality;
- the amounts of payment corresponding to each measure financed by the Funds received by each beneficiary in the financial year concerned;
- the nature and the description of the measures financed by either of the Funds and under which the payment referred to in point (c) is awarded.
02.Form and date of publication
The information to be made available on a single website, accessible through a search tool allowing the users to search for beneficiaries by either name, or municipality, amounts received or by measure or by a combination thereof and to extract all the corresponding information as a single set of data.
03. When should the information be published?
The information shall be published by 31 May each year for the preceding financial year.
04. How much time should the information remain available on the?
Information shall remain available on the website for two years from the date of their initial publication.
05. Official language or languages that information shall be provided
That information shall be provided in the official language or languages of the Member State and/or in one of the three working languages of the Commission.
